My goal is to ensure that every guest is highly satisfied with my services! which is why within 1 week of your visit, I will directly reach out to you to see how everything is working out for you- whether you got your hair done or purchased something at the boutique, I want your to be happy with your investment.

Hair services:

If for any reason there is something to be fixed, don‘t hesitate to reach out within 7 days to make any corrections at no cost to you! 

Boutique:

Garments should be in great shape and unworn to be able to exchange within 7 days of purchase. All sales are final on custom orders.
